USA shipping

Due to the current issues surrounding tariffs within the USA for imported items, I ship every package to this country as a giveaway prize.

This means there will be no order slips or freebies in the packages. This is to reduce the chances that the parcels will be hit with extra fees for the receiver.

The packages will be marked as gifts, since this is the only way to keep shipping to the USA at this moment.

Shipping items like this is not ideal and something I do not like to do, but unfortunately it is the only way. Once there is more information regarding the Tariff situation, I will update everything accordingly.

I strive to ship out your package as quick as possible after you placed the order, but there are some things to keep in mind. I handle a processing time of 1 - 4 weeks after the order is places. I do my very best to get it out as soon as possible, but it's not a guarantee.

I work a fulltime job (5 days in the week for around 28-40 hours) which I need to fund my business and pay for my bills. This leaves me with two free days in the week, which are often the Monday & Tuesday. I do my very best to get orders packed on Monday, and shipped out on Tuesday. However my scedule does change quite often, so therefore I have a set processing time in case I cannot fulfill the order within those two days.

I use a variety of shipping companies to deliver all packages around the world. Here is a list of which company is used for each destination.

PostNL -> Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, New-Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switserland, Turkey, UK & USA.

DPD -> Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Poland.

DHL -> The Netherlands.

The average delivery time is between 1 - 11 business days after the package has been dropped off at the postal office. Please be aware, that any delays are out of my control once I handed over the package. Unfortunately the shipping prices is also something I cannot control, and will do my best to keep it updated with the cheapest rate available.

If you order Mouse Pads, or 3 or more items (stickers, prints, pin backings & buttons not included), your package will be sized to standard shipping since it doesn't fit & weight in a mailbox package.

Standard shipping includes a Track & Trace code and will be delivered as a standard package.

My shop & business are located in The Netherlands, which is part of the EU (European Union) and their export laws & costs.

This means that any package that goes towards a destination outside of the EU (for example the UK or USA), can be charged with import and/or custom fees once the package arrives in the country. These costs are for the buyer, and out of my control since it's part of the import laws that the destinating country has in place.
